Fuck Art, Let's Paint Mike Bartlett

Mike Bartlett has visited all of Transition's shows this year armed with his digital camera. Back in his Portsmouth studio he turned these snapshots of people looking at art into a series of exquisite small oil on board paintings. 80 of these 15 x 20cm paintings are on show in the gallery in an installation called Transition Feb – Aug 2005 (From Soul Mining to The English Museum)
